   First of all, the principal is all about slogans and mottos but without action to back up her words. The front office staff is rude. They have lost my child on multiple occasions. There were 4 separate times this past school year I was sitting in the office for over 45 minutes while they attempted to find my son. I was there to pick him for early dismissal for a therapy appointment. On each occasion, I saw staff berate children, yell at them in the hall way and behind closed doors. I saw students go walk through the office and just do as they wish. I saw a classroom broken into. I have seen pre-k and kindergarten students break down crying in the hallway. I have seen younger children flinch when staff approach them as if to avoid being hit.
   He has severe mental health issues and doctor’s documentation. He also stabbed a child in class due to his diagnosis. However we were told because he ‘looks normal’ that they weren’t going to follow his IEP and that they were going to look the other way. They are in violation of his IDEA rights and by not taking his diagnosis seriously, they are endangering everyone else that is near him.
   They lost my son’s permanent file. They won’t return emails. I gave .1’s but I wish I could give 0’s. This school is exactly what is wrong with PGC — tons of ‘resources’ not talking to each other and zero accountability to make sure staffing is following their job description.
