              The special education services try, but is woefully inadequate. Consistently cited the budget as reasons why technology (written as a requirement on the IEP) was unavailable. IEPs are lip service and not paid attention to. There is a blatant refusal to offer additional one on one instructional team when it is clear the child is not meeting goals. Instead IEP goals are brushed over even when clearly failing.

              Mr Hailu, who was new to the program when we started, was wonderful and hopefully has continued to improve the program.
