Struggled to get tested until lawyer was obtained. School purposely did wrong testing. Dist avg of students with special ed services is 11%. Principal confirmed in email that this school’s is 4.3% (after previously being confirmed by staff member as 2.9%). MSDE agreed on violations of law. School staff member told me I should ‘stop disseminating erroneous data’ despite having everything in writing. Have had nothing but bad experiences at this school & the students are clearly underserved.
